Below you can find forms provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) to exercise your rights.

Right of Access: Ares will provide data subjects with a copy of the personal data held, the purpose for which the data were collected, the identity of the recipients, the expected retention periods or the criteria used to determine them, the existence of the right to request rectification or erasure, restriction or objection, the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and, where the data were not obtained from the data subject, any available information about their origin.

Right of Rectification: Inaccurate or incomplete data will be corrected for the purposes of the processing activity. The data subject must indicate which data are concerned and the correction requested, providing supporting documentation when necessary.
